Supported Shipping Regions
We mainly support orders from UK consumers. Buyers in Europe and other regions please contact us before placing an order.
For customers outside of Europe, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can ship to your location, and provide details regarding applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Processing Time

Watches: Each watch is hand-built by our expert team. Processing time depends on order volume and may take up to 7 working days.

Non-watch orders: Shipped within 1–2 working days.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 7–14 working days.

Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery is within 7 working days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays, particularly during public holidays.
Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may take a few days to appear in the courier’s system. If not visible, please check again later.

Some orders may be handled by multiple couriers (e.g. UPS handing over to Royal Mail). In rare cases, tracking may show “delivered” up to 48 hours before the actual delivery.
If Your Tracking Shows “Delivered” But No Package Found

Double-check your shipping address and contact details (see the Track Order page).

Ask household members, neighbours, or building staff if they received it on your behalf.

Check around your delivery area, as couriers may place parcels in safe spots.

Allow up to 48 hours in case of early scan updates.

Email us at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier (allow up to 3 working days).
Please note: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by couriers or third-party delivery services.
Partial Deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Additional tracking numbers may not appear on your order page, but rest assured you will receive all items. You can contact us to get all the tracking numbers.
Changing Your Address

Before dispatch: Contact us to update your details.

After dispatch: We cannot amend the address. Please contact the courier directly (see details on the Track Order page).
Order Cancellations

Watches: As each watch is handcrafted, cancellations after placing an order are not accepted. If you insist on cancelling, a 20% fee of the watch price will be charged as compensation.

Non-watch orders: You may cancel without charge before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds

Unless due to product quality issues, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees (e.g. express upgrades) are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes may apply depending on your shipping address. All applicable charges are calculated at checkout.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products will be clearly marked on the product page. Specific timelines will be provided case by case.

Public holidays: Both suppliers and couriers operate on limited schedules, which may delay shipping. Services resume as soon as the holiday period ends.
