Return & Refund Policy

At SKYRIM WRIST, every watch is handcrafted by our expert artisans, combining precision with craftsmanship. Each piece is unique and carefully built to order.

Contact Us First

Before initiating any return or exchange, please email us at skyrimuk@skyrimwrist.com.

Unauthorised returns (without prior contact) will not be accepted.

Please remember to include your order number in both your email and return package. If relevant, attach photos or videos to help us resolve your request quickly.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch

    • Orders with watches: Once your order is placed, our watchmakers will begin the crafting process. Cancellations are only accepted within the first 48 hours after the order is placed.

    • Orders without watches: These may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

  • In Transit
    Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Receipt)

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (such as scratches, dents, cracked crystal, broken strap, or functional issues like the hands not moving), please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

We will arrange a free return, and you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
All shipping costs will be covered by us.

2.Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model and the issue is not quality-related, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for processing a non-defective exchange:

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • The replacement watch will be shipped to you at no extra charge.

  • The watch must be in brand-new condition:

    • All protective films and plastics intact

    • No signs of wear, scratches, or use

    • Original packaging included

  • Once the protective films are removed, the watch can no longer be exchanged.

3. Returns for Reasons Other Than Defects

Because SKYRIM WRIST watches are hand-assembled to order, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Fully customized watches created using our customization options

  • Custom builds requested outside the standard options on our website

  • Watches with custom engravings or personalized elements

If your order does not fall under these categories and the watch is not related to a defect, it is eligible for a return within 30 days under the following conditions:

  • Watch must be in brand-new, unused condition

  • All protective films and plastics must remain attached

  • No signs of wear or handling

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees

Accessories may be returned if unused and in original packaging.

Important Notes

  • Watches with protective films removed are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective upon arrival.

  • For defective items, we will always repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different product:

  • Please place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the original order (minus any applicable fees).

Deductions may apply in the following cases:

  • Damaged straps or removed protective films. Missing bracelet links.

  • DIY watches: Not eligible for exchange.

Accessories

For straps, cases, and other watch parts:

  • You may return or exchange within 35 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

  • For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For quality-related issues (wrong size, clear defects, damage), we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your bank to complete the transaction.
Refund timelines are subject to your bank and outside our control.

Our Commitment
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Each SKYRIM WRIST timepiece represents hours of careful work by our artisans. For this reason, casual returns are not accepted. However, we are committed to fairness: if your watch has a genuine fault, we will resolve it swiftly at no extra cost to you.
