At SKYRIM WRIST, every watch is meticulously hand-assembled with unparalleled attention to detail. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our watches.
Standard Warranty
All watches purchased from our store come with a 1-year standard warranty.
If your watch falls within the warranty coverage, all repairs are completely free, with no additional costs.
Every watch from our store — whether ready-made or custom-built — is also covered by our lifetime free repair service.
Repairs are always handled with care and expertise; only shipping and replacement part costs, if needed, are the customer’s responsibility.

What’s Covered
1) Movement or Battery Issues
If your watch stops, runs inaccurately, or experiences battery failure, we will provide free repair or replacement during the warranty period.
2) Damage During Shipping
Minor scratches or small bumps are considered normal and not covered under warranty (repair services are available; shipping and parts costs apply).
Significant shipping damage (e.g., dents or deep marks) is covered under warranty and will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
3) Strap, Crown, or Components Received Damaged
If your watch arrives with a damaged strap, crown, or other components, we will repair or replace them at no cost.
Wear after long-term use is not covered.
4) Custom Watches & Components
We stand by the quality of our custom parts. Functional defects in custom components are covered during the warranty period.
Certain custom finishes or coatings may naturally wear over time; this material-specific wear is not covered.
Exclusions – Not Covered
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs.
- Damage from misuse or accidents (e.g., excessive force on the strap, interference with the movement using magnets).
- Intentional or deliberate damage.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches on the case or bracelet.
Repair services are available; shipping and replacement parts may incur charges.
Repair Services (Out of Warranty)
Even if an issue is not covered by warranty, we offer expert repair services for all SKYRIM WRIST products. Labor is always free. You are responsible for shipping and replacement parts, but our skilled team will restore your watch to perfect working order.
Warranty & Repair Process
- Contact us using the email linked to your order. Include your order number, purchase email, and warranty card. Provide a clear description of the issue, with photos or videos.
- We will confirm whether the watch qualifies for warranty or repair coverage and guide you through the next steps.
- Repairs are generally completed within 7 working days after we receive your watch, then returned to your address.
Shipping Costs
During the warranty period, shipping to us is covered by SKYRIM WRIST. For repairs outside warranty, the customer covers shipping.
Extended Warranty +1 Year
Extend your peace of mind by adding one additional year of warranty coverage.
- Available at the time of purchase or within 7 days after placing your order.
- Applies to the same coverage terms as the standard warranty.
