Our mod watches are entirely independent creations. They use aftermarket parts—like TMI NH movements, custom dials, bezels, hands, and cases from trusted suppliers. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any watch brand. Any similarity to well-known watches is purely coincidental.

We offer free standard shipping. We also provide express shipping for faster delivery. The cost of express service may vary depending on international logistics, you can see the exact rate at checkout.

Dear customer, whether you design your watch yourself or use our online watch builder, we take at least 24 hours to complete the design. All watches—custom or pre-designed mod watches—require up to two weeks for careful assembly. Once assembled, your watch will be shipped within 24 hours.

Dear customer, shipping to the UK currently takes up to 14 business days. Our physical store is based in the US, but don’t worry—we’ll soon open a UK location, which will significantly shorten delivery times.

Yes! We offer express shipping—simply select it at checkout to get your watch faster.

All of our watches are hand-assembled by our expert team and typically shipped from our studio in the United States.

However, to ensure faster delivery and maintain the same high standards of craftsmanship, we also have resident watchmakers stationed at our partner workshop in Hong Kong.

Orders placed with Express Shipping are carefully hand-built there by our own experts using the same components, tools, and quality control process as in our U.S. facility.

This allows us to shorten delivery times, especially for customers located farther from the U.S., without any compromise in quality or authenticity.

Each watch, no matter where it’s assembled, carries the same Skyrim craftsmanship, inspection standards, and warranty.

You can update your order details anytime before it’s shipped. Once it’s on its way, changes aren’t possible — but no worries, just contact us and we’ll see how we can help.

You may have selected the “Gift Wrapping” option, which adds a small fee of around £1 for special packaging. You can check your cart page to see if this option is selected.

At the moment, you don’t need to pay any taxes — we cover them for you. However, this policy may change in the future depending on international trade regulations.

We offer a one-year free warranty for all watches made by us — whether it’s a mod watch or a fully custom build. For full details on what’s covered, please check the warranty policy.

We offer lifetime free servicing for every watch we make — whether it’s a mod or a custom piece. Please note that while the repair work itself is free, shipping costs and replacement parts are not included. For full details, see our full repair service policy.

If your watch is within the warranty period and meets our warranty conditions, we’ll cover all shipping, parts, and repair costs free of charge.

If your watch is outside the warranty period or doesn’t qualify under the warranty terms, don’t worry — we still provide lifetime free servicing. You’ll only need to cover the shipping and replacement part costs, while the repair work itself remains completely free.

On your cart page, you’ll find an Extended Warranty option — simply add it to your order to extend your coverage. You can also purchase it directly via this link: Extended Warranty.

Please note that the extended warranty must be purchased at the same time as your watch or within 7 days of your original order. Purchases made after this period will not be eligible for extended coverage.
